All orders from Konges Sløjd are shipped from Denmark. Any customs and import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country, must be paid by the recipient of the order. Konges Sløjd have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. 

If you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to back to our warehouse, we will contact you regarding a re-shipment or refund.

If you opt for the refund, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Note that we ship DDP to the following countries and that means no extra fees, customs or charges are added to your order:

• United Kingdom
• Norway
• Switzerland
