Can I cancel or make changes to my order?Updated a year ago

We are unable to make any changes to an existing order. Please contact us immediately via Live Chat, phone or an email to [email protected]. It is only possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and dispatched from our warehouse. We strive to dispatch the same day, if the order has been submitted before 3pm. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal retur procedure.
