If you have received a gift from Kongessloejd.com that you wish to return, the money will be credited to the buyer's card. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer the money to another account number - if you want a refund, you must contact the gift giver.

If you wish to return an item, please note the following if you want to be sure to receive a full refund:

🍒 The item must be in its original packaging

🍒 The item must not show signs of wear, stains, damage or smell of external odors.

🍒 Clothing must have tags on it, otherwise we cannot sell the item to a new recipient

🍒 Items in boxes must be wrapped and labels must not be placed directly on the box, otherwise we cannot sell the item to a new recipient

If you choose to “split the offer” and keep individual items from a multi-piece promotion, please be aware that the discount will be cancelled when your refund is processed.
