We offer an extended return period during the holiday season. All orders placed from October 1st, 2025 can be returned until and including January 14th, 2026.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or products.
If you wish to return a Christmas gift, we can only issue a refund if you have the order number from the gift giver.
We are unable to process returns without an order number.

You can purchase a return label for €14.95 via our return portal here:

Non-EU Returns

You must arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

Return conditions

To receive a full refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

🎄The item must be in its original packaging
🎄The item must not be used, damaged, stained, or have any odour
🎄Clothing must have all hangtags intact
🎄No shipping labels may be placed directly on product packaging (e.g. boxes)
