When should I place my order to ensure delivery before Christmas in Denmark?

To ensure that your package arrives before Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than December 12th.

And no later than December 5th if you are ordering products with embroidery.

Orders received after the above dates will be shipped as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas Eve.

What is the delivery time in December?

During the holiday season, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days in Europe, and 4–7 business days to Norway, 2-4 business days to Sweden, 6-9 to the UK. And 3-7 business days to other countries, but we encourage you to place your order well in advance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed, as our warehouse begins processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery.
